Rates and conditions
Good to know
To ensure the peace, quality and safety of our property, the following conditions apply:
- Our villa is exclusively rented to guests aged 25 and older.
- Organising parties or events is not permitted.
Prices & services
The rates per period are shown below.
All prices are inclusive of:
- Bed linen, towels and beach towels
- Gas and electricity consumption*
- Personal welcome and explanation by our host.
* Included with normal household use.
In case of excessive or abnormal consumption, additional costs may be charged afterwards.
A mandatory cleaning fee of €200 is charged per stay, regardless of the length of the stay.
The security deposit is €1,000 and will be refunded within 3 working days after check-out, provided the villa is left in accordance with the agreed condition.

Stay & flexibility
During high season, the preferred changeover day is Saturday.
Alternative changeover days are possible upon request.
For longer stays and monthly rentals in the low season, we offer very attractive rates.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, this must always be confirmed in writing by email to the landlord.
Even if the cancellation has already been communicated by telephone, written confirmation remains mandatory.
Depending on the date on which the written cancellation is received by the landlord, the following charges will apply:
- More than 3 months before the start of the rental period
→ free cancellation - Between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
→ 25% of the rental price - Between 59 and 30 days before the start of the rental period
→ 50% of the rental price - Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period
→ 100% of the rental price
If the tenant informs the landlord only on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) make use of the property, the full rental price remains payable.
